Pleasant View Has a Strong History of Fund Raising.

The annual fund is supported by donors from the community; church affiliations; independent organizations, as well as friends and family members of staff and the people served at Pleasant View. The individuals respond to quarterly newsletters and fund raising letters. This fund is also supplemented by special events, which are held several times during the year.

UPCOMING EVENTS

10th Annual Golf Tournament
May 4, 2007
The Shenvalee Golf Resort, New Market, VA
8 a.m. Registration; 9 a.m. Shotgun Start

Join us for a day of fun at the beautiful Shenvalee Golf Resort for a Captain’s Choice golf tournament. Your entry fee of $85 per person or $340 per foursome includes greens fees, riding golf cart, lunch and the opportunity to win great prizes. Participate in a fun event while supporting people with developmental disabilities! A portion of your entry fee is tax deductible!

Individual golfers are welcome and will be paired on a random basis.

GOLF SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • $5000 “Grand Slam” sponsor: will receive inclusion in all publicity (news releases, public service announcements, posters, and brochures) that will be distributed prior to the event. Grand Slam sponsors will also be acknowledged in keepsake program distributed to all participants. Includes twelve playing spots in the tournament.
  • $2500 “Masters” sponsors: will receive inclusion in all publicity (news releases, public service announcements, posters, and brochures) that will be distributed prior to the event. Masters sponsors will also be acknowledged in keepsake program distributed to all participants. Includes four playing spots in the tournament.
  • $1000 “Ryder” sponsors: will receive publicity on the day of the event through signage, in the keepsake program and includes 4 playing spots in the tournament.
  • $500 “Birdie” Sponsors: will receive publicity on the day of the event through signage and in the keepsake program and includes 2 playing spots in the tournament.
  • $250 “Open” sponsors: will receive publicity on the day of the event through signage and in the keepsake program.
